1. Nature of Service

AstroSite24 provides astrology-based insights, charts, predictions, AI-generated interpretations, Pandit booking services for religious ceremonies and poojas, and Prasad booking services from participating temples for informational and spiritual purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the service under parental supervision.

3. Free & Paid Services

Free features are available without login. Paid features unlock advanced reports, predictions, consultations, Pandit booking services, Prasad booking services, and other premium offerings.

4. AI & Prediction Disclaimer

Astrology and AI outputs are interpretive and probabilistic. We do not guarantee outcomes or accuracy.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All payments made through AstroSite24 are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

5.1 Astrology Services

Payments for astrology consultations, reports, charts, AI-generated predictions, and other digital services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or accessed.

5.2 Pandit Booking Services

Users may book qualified Pandits through AstroSite24 for religious ceremonies, rituals, and poojas at their chosen location.

  • Users may cancel a Pandit booking within 24 hours of placing the booking and receive a full refund.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after 24 hours from the booking time.
  • If AstroSite24 or the assigned Pandit is unable to fulfill the booking, a full refund may be issued.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

5.3 Prasad Booking Services

AstroSite24 may facilitate the booking and delivery of temple Prasad from participating temples.

  • All Prasad bookings are final.
  • Prasad orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been placed.
  • Due to the religious and perishable nature of Prasad, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not permitted.
  • If a temple is unable to fulfill a Prasad order, AstroSite24 may provide a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

AstroSite24 acts as a platform connecting users with astrologers, Pandits, and temple-related services. While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee the availability, performance, or outcomes of any religious, spiritual, or astrological service.

AstroSite24 is not responsible for personal, financial, health, or relationship decisions made by users.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
