Welcome to AstroSite24. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AstroSite24 website, mobile application, products and services.

By accessing or using AstroSite24, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Nature of Services

AstroSite24 provides astrology-based digital services and spiritual offerings including, but not limited to:

Human Astrologer Chat & Call Services
Premium Astrology Reports
Temple Prasad Booking

Our services are intended for informational, educational and spiritual purposes only.

2. Eligibility

By using AstroSite24, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The information provided by you is true, complete and accurate.
You will use AstroSite24 only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require registration and account creation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

AstroSite24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activities.

4. Free & Paid Services

AstroSite24 provides both free and paid services.

Free services may include horoscope, Panchang, AI astrology (limited usage), Kundli generation and selected spiritual content.

Paid services may include:

AI Astrology Consultations
Human Astrologer Chat
Human Astrologer Calls
Pandit Booking
Temple Prasad Orders
Pooja Booking
Other premium features introduced in future.

5. AI Astrology Disclaimer

AstroSite24 provides AI-generated astrology interpretations for informational and spiritual guidance.

AI-generated responses are based on astrological calculations, statistical models and language models and should not be considered professional legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.

Astrology is interpretive in nature. Predictions and remedies are based on traditional astrological principles and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Users should exercise their own judgment before making important personal, financial, legal, medical or relationship decisions.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All payments made through AstroSite24 are processed using secure third-party payment gateways.

Prices displayed on AstroSite24 are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

6.1 Astrology Services

Payments made for astrology consultations, AI astrology, horoscope reports, premium reports, Kundli services and other digital services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, generated or accessed.

Refund requests for digital astrology services will generally not be accepted after successful delivery of the purchased service.

6.2 Pandit Booking Services

AstroSite24 facilitates booking of experienced Pandits for poojas, religious ceremonies and rituals.

Users may cancel a booking within 24 hours of placing the order and receive a full refund, provided the Pandit has not already been assigned or the service has not commenced.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours may not be eligible for any refund.
AstroSite24 reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any Pandit booking due to Pandit unavailability, incorrect booking information, safety concerns, operational issues, force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances.
Where applicable, a suitable replacement Pandit or a refund may be offered at AstroSite24's discretion.

6.3 Prasad Booking Services

AstroSite24 facilitates the booking and delivery of temple blessed Prasad from participating temples across India.

All Prasad orders are considered final after successful payment.
Due to the religious, sacred and perishable nature of Prasad, cancellations, exchanges and returns are generally not permitted after the order has been confirmed.
AstroSite24 reserves the right to cancel any Prasad order due to temple closure, non-availability of Prasad, religious restrictions, operational issues, incorrect delivery details, courier limitations, force majeure events or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Where applicable, AstroSite24 may provide a replacement, reschedule the order or process a refund at its sole discretion.
Delivery timelines are estimated only and may vary depending upon temple schedules, festivals, public holidays and courier availability.

7. Delivery Policy

Delivery dates shown on AstroSite24 are estimated timelines only.

Delivery may be delayed due to temple schedules, courier delays, weather, natural disasters, strikes, festivals, government restrictions or any event beyond our reasonable control.

AstroSite24 shall not be liable for any delay caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside its control.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information while using AstroSite24.

Valid mobile number
Correct email address
Complete delivery address
Accurate birth details for astrology services

AstroSite24 shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, incorrect predictions due to inaccurate birth details, delayed services or failed bookings caused by incorrect information provided by users.

9. Pricing Policy

Prices displayed on AstroSite24 may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your booking shall be the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed and paid.

10. Wallet & Cashback

AstroSite24 may offer promotional wallet credits, cashback campaigns, referral rewards and promotional discounts from time to time.

Wallet cashback has no cash value.
Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to a bank account unless expressly permitted by AstroSite24.
Wallet balance may only be used against eligible services available on AstroSite24.
Cashback promotions may have expiry dates, minimum order requirements or other conditions.
AstroSite24 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any cashback or wallet promotion without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

AstroSite24 acts as a technology platform connecting users with astrologers, Pandits, temples and spiritual services.

AstroSite24 does not guarantee the availability, performance or outcomes of any astrology consultation, religious ritual, pooja, Pandit service, temple offering or Prasad delivery.

AstroSite24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of its services.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions relating to finance, investments, health, marriage, relationships, education, career, business or legal matters.

12. Force Majeure

AstroSite24 shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption or failure in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, war, riots, government restrictions, technical failures, transportation disruptions, temple closures, labour strikes or other force majeure events.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on AstroSite24, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, reports, designs, layouts, videos, trademarks and source code, is the intellectual property of AstroSite24 unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell or exploit any content without prior written permission from AstroSite24.

14. Privacy

Your use of AstroSite24 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using AstroSite24, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Service Availability

AstroSite24 strives to keep its services available at all times. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance activities, technical upgrades, server failures or other unforeseen issues may temporarily interrupt the availability of certain services.

16. Modification or Discontinuation of Services

AstroSite24 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, product, service, pricing, offer or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Such modifications shall not affect services already completed unless required by applicable law.

17. Suspension or Termination

AstroSite24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if:

False or misleading information is provided.
Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
Abuse of AstroSite24 employees, astrologers, Pandits or customer support occurs.
These Terms & Conditions are violated.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

19. Changes to these Terms

AstroSite24 may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will become effective immediately upon publication on this website unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of AstroSite24 after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
