Refund Policy

Astrosite24 provides astrology services, AI-generated consultations, personalized reports, subscription services, Pandit booking services, and Prasad booking services. Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased.

Ask AI credits are non-refundable once credits are added to your account. If payment is successful and credits are not received due to a technical issue, please contact support within 24 hours.

Due to the personalized and instant digital generation of reports, all PDF purchases are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated or downloaded.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. Users may cancel renewal at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not entitle refunds for the current active billing period.

Users may cancel a Pandit booking within 24 hours of placing the booking and receive a full refund.

• Full refund is available only if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking.
• No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after 24 hours from the booking time.
• If Astrosite24 or the assigned Pandit is unable to fulfill the booking, a full refund may be issued.

Temple Prasad orders are final.

• All Prasad bookings are non-refundable.
• All Prasad bookings are non-returnable.
• Due to the religious and perishable nature of Prasad, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not permitted after placing an order.
• If a temple is unable to fulfill a Prasad order, Astrosite24 may provide a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

If you are charged twice or if a payment is deducted but services are not activated, please contact us with your transaction ID within 48 hours. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Incorrect birth details entered by the user
• Change of mind after report generation
• Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions
• Pandit booking cancellations made after 24 hours
• Any completed astrology consultation or delivered service
• Any completed Prasad booking
