Refund Policy

All services offered by Astrosite24 are digital astrology services including AI consultations, personalized reports, and subscription insights. Once delivered or accessed, digital products cannot be returned.

Ask AI credits are non-refundable once credits are added to your account. If payment is successful and credits are not received due to a technical issue, please contact support within 24 hours.

Due to the personalized and instant digital generation of reports, all PDF purchases are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated or downloaded.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. Users may cancel renewal at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not entitle refunds for the current active billing period.

If you are charged twice or if a payment is deducted but services are not activated, please contact us with your transaction ID within 48 hours. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Incorrect birth details entered by the user
• Change of mind after report generation
• Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions
